NAFFCO becomes Contractor member at FCIA Aug 1st, 2009
NAFFCO is privileged to become a Contractor member to be added at the Firestop Contractors International Association which is an active group of over 240 contractors, manufacturers, distributors and professionals committed to fire stopping and compartmentation, plus life, smoke and fire safety.
With this membership NAFFCO will lead the way advocating for the Specialty Firestop Contractors' voice at building and fire code hearings, architectural specification development sessions, and through important liaisons with other associations that influence the industry. Through education programs, resources such as Websites, Newsletters, Symposiums, Articles, the Life Safety Digest Magazine, NAFFCO membership at FCIA shall get the word out through generating interest and answering the questions.
NAFFCO as a member at FCIA will contribute to the advancement of the industry through participation in FCIA Committees, presenting FCIA programs at industry education programs and working to grow the professionalism of the Specialty Firestop Contractor.
