Kitchen Hood System

 Why Wet Chemical?

NAFFCO uses the performance proven wet chemical as the extinguishing agent. It is a solution based on potassium salts. The suppression of fire occurs through a process involving:

• The saponification of surface grease
• The vapour-securing soap blanket formation
• The cooling effects of water vaporization
• The inerting effects of resultant steam formation
• The interruption of chemical chain
• The prevention of reflash
