Commissioning Procedure
  (on Completion of the works and the system is charged with water)

1. Remove the plus from the top vent valve. Carefully open the vent valve on top of the Automatic ZoneCheck unit to remove the air from the Automatic ZoneCheck pipeworl, then close vent and replace plug.

2. Ensure the Automatic ZoneCheck red and green valves are in the open position.

3. Now connect a hose pipe to the test valve at the furthest pont on the zone or use the yellow test valve provided on the Automatic ZoneCheck

4. Now contact the center control room to authorise a flowswicth test.

5. Discharge water through the hose. (This is a once Only Commissioning test).

6. Ensure the green light flowswitch waterflow alarm activated signal is illuminated.

7. Now close the test valve or the yellow valve as appropriate.

8. Now turn the Automatic ZoneCheck KeySwitch on and check the green pump light is illuminated, and that the green flowswitch /waterflow alarm is illuminated.
(this may have a maximum delay of 90 seconds)

9. Confirm with the centre management that they have recive their test signal.

10. Fiz the operating instructions adjacent to the keyswicth.

11. Ensure that the end user is instructed on hwo to carry out a routine test.
