TGW
Wall panels (TGW) are an ideal solution for exterior walls or interior partitions. The high structural integrity of our panels allows for excellent panel span, reducing structural support requirements. The panel span is subject to wind pressure. Our wall panels can be installed vertically and horizontally on the steel structure.
- The standard panel coverage width is 1000 mm.
- Pre-painted G.I. / Aluzinc with a thickness of 0.4mm - 0.8mm on both sides.
- Core thickness options: 50-80-100-120-150-200mm.
- Insulation - Rock wool, non-combustible. Class A1, density between 90 and 150 kg/m3.
- Production flexibility for any ordered length up to 12m. Custom lengths available upon special request.
- Polyester, (Sil)Polyester, HDPE, PVDF, and PUR(PA) cladding systems are available in various colors.
- U-value - Thermal transmittance ranges from 0.73 to 0.16 W/m2K depending on panel thickness.
- Fire performance according to EN 13501-1, A2-S1-d0 for rock wool insulated wall panels.
- Installation can be done both vertically and horizontally.
- For use in buildings requiring fire safety, noise reduction, and thermal insulation.
